We are pleased to share an exciting milestone for the former Wakefield School property at 20 Chemin Caves.
After many years of planning and working closely with municipal staff, architects, planners, engineers, and members of the community, the Municipality has approved the zoning change for the former staff building, allowing it to once again be used for educational purposes.
This marks an important step toward our long-term vision of preserving this historic property while creating new opportunities for education, community services, and responsible development.
